This project included the following services: planning, design,  documentation and construction administration for the design of a 45,000 S.F. law office. The design for this office respected the conservative image of the law firm. It was located on three floors; the top two of which were connected by a communicating stair.  This office was designed to accommodate approximately 50 attorneys and their staff with a total of about 100 people.  It has a computer center, library and a conference center containing a boardroom and four additional conference rooms of varying sizes.  Additional conference and case rooms were scattered throughout the space.  The AEB Design Group was responsible for the space planning, millwork design, lighting, finishes, Construction Documentation and Project Administration.
