provided a complete renovation of a three-story row house with a new two-story addition in the back. The client wanted to create a Bed and Breakfast. All three bedrooms have private full bathrooms. In addition, the project included a new kitchen, upgraded electrical and plumbing/mechanicals and a green room on the 2 story addition in the back.
This project involved the creation of a new deck and the design and decoration of the kitchen and living room.

This house was originally a farm house on a large farm which was acquired by a developer. When they subdivided the land for single family houses, the original front of the house became the back and the back became the front so that the house could be incorporated into the new development.

The AEB Design Group provided the design of a 1500 S.F. addition and renovation of the existing house. The addition includes a two-car garage, mud room, bathroom and closets on the first floor and the master bedroom suite on the second floor. The
existing den area received a new A-frame roof and walls.

This Owner was interested in East Asian motifs which we incorporated into the design.
The project included a one story addition and kitchen renovation. The walls of the addition form a piano curve of faceted fixed glazing, with an A-Frame roof.
